Samalytics Comment Bot ("the App") is a private automation tool operated by Samantha Guillen for the YouTube channel @samalytics. It reads comments on that channel and posts a public reply containing a requested link. The App is not a product, is not offered for sale or subscription, and is not available for use by anyone other than the channel owner.
The App is authorised for use only by the owner of the @samalytics channel, and only against that channel. It verifies the authenticated channel's identity before taking any action and refuses to run against any other channel.
The App uses the YouTube Data API v3 and is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The operator does not warrant that the App will run without interruption or error, or that every eligible comment will be replied to.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App — including missed replies, duplicated replies, or loss of access to the YouTube API.
The App may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice, and access may be revoked by the operator or by Google at any time.
